Application Instructions:
To achieve the perfect finish with TERRE D’ITALIA TIGER, it is essential to properly prepare the surface:
Surface Readiness: Ensure the substrate is completely dry. For plaster, ensure a curing time of at least 28 days depending on temperature and humidity.
Substrate Preparation: The surface should be smooth and free from granules. For older walls, remove any loose, dusty, or flaky paint. If necessary, apply a coat of SCIK PURAL ACRIL base coat for added protection.
Base Coat: Choose the base (TIGER, TIGER ORO, TIGER SILVER) and color by consulting the color chart. Apply one or two coats of DECOR FONDO or DECOR FONDO SANDBLASTED (diluted with 5-10% water if needed).
Application of TERRE D'ITALIA TIGER: Using the SPALTER 70 or 100 brush, apply the product evenly with abrupt brushstrokes to create texture across the surface.
Final Touch: After 15-20 minutes, use the TD SPATULA tool to crush the flakes and refine the finish.
Drying Time: Allow the product to dry completely for 6-12 hours to reveal the full effect.
